Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Hotel Houseman to support our housekeeping team. The Houseman assists with maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist room attendants by delivering clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies.
- Remove used linens and trash from guest rooms and service areas.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobbies, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust surfaces in assigned areas.
- Replenish housekeeping closets and storage areas.
- Transport laundry and supplies using carts.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items.
- Ensure carts, equipment, and work areas are clean and organized.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and push carts for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Availability:
- Flexible scheduling available.

Work Environment
This role involves frequent physical activity and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Housemen work both indoors and in service areas throughout the hotel.
